Community-Driven Projects

At Sapana Nepal Projects, our work begins with listening. Together with the local community in Pumdi, Nepal, we support initiatives that improve daily life while preserving the culture, environment, and traditions of rural village life. From education and women’s empowerment to environmental and agricultural initiatives, each project grows from the needs and ideas of the community itself.

Some projects are ongoing while others are short-term, but all are developed in partnership with local residents and designed to support the well-being of the village. As the world changes and more people move toward cities in search of work, we believe in helping create meaningful opportunities within rural communities while preserving the deep connection villagers have with the land, animals, and their traditions.
